  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and tags.

2. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed to your:

  • Original payment method, or

  • Store credit / wallet balance (based on your preference)

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.


3. Replacement Policy

You may request a replacement if:

4. Wrong or Damaged Product Delivery

Failure to report within the timeframe may affect eligibility.

You may cancel your order before it is shipped for a full refund.

After Shipment:

Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. You may request a return after delivery (if eligible).


6. Late or Missing Refunds
